Indoor Living

The main house runs indoors and out with the sea in view from the main rooms. The chef works from a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ice maker, juicer, coffee grinder and margarita maker. There is a home cinema, a wine cellar and an entertainment room with pool table and foosball, plus central air conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

Outdoor Living

A covered, arcaded terrace with lounge and dining areas wraps around the large pool, giving shade all day, with palms and lawn running to the sea. The private waterfront has loungers, chairs and umbrellas, a cocktail deck, a six-person hot tub, a BBQ and an outdoor shower. An outdoor bar and games room adds billiards, darts, Xbox and foosball, and a kayak, three paddleboards, snorkel gear and a water volleyball net are provided.

Bedrooms

Eight real bedrooms (no sofa beds or bunks counted) in four buildings, for up to 20.

Main house: the first-floor master with a king, an en-suite with shower and copper freestanding tub, electric curtains and an ocean-view terrace; Bedrooms 2 (ground floor) and 3 (first floor), each with a king, en-suite shower and ocean view.
Guest house: Bedroom 4 (king) and Bedroom 5 (twins), each with its own entrance, share one bathroom between them; Bedroom 6 has two king beds, an en-suite shower, its own entrance and a kitchenette with dining for four.
Studios: Bedroom 7 (king plus two singles) and Bedroom 8 (king), ground-floor units with their own entrances, en-suite showers, minibars and coffee makers.
