Indoor Living

The main floor opens to an ocean-view lounge and dining room, with a semi-professional kitchen for the chef and a wine cellar alongside. A separate TV room on the ground floor gives a second, quieter living area. There is also a yoga studio, a steam room, a premium sound system, air conditioning throughout and Starlink satellite internet.

Outdoor Living

The oceanfront pool, with a lounge area set into the water, is the heart of the villa. The private beach club has loungers, umbrellas and towels, and there is an outdoor bar, outdoor dining, a fire pit, an outdoor shower and bathroom, and a rooftop terrace for sunset. Kayaks and paddleboards are free to use, and the reef keeps the water calm for swimming and snorkeling.

Bedrooms

Up to 20 guests in six bedrooms plus two additional sleeping spaces, which the owner counts as bedrooms seven and eight.

Level two: the master suite with a king, a private plunge pool on the balcony, a dressing room, an en-suite with skylight shower and a private steam room; Bedroom 6 with a king and a dressing room.
Level one: Bedroom 2, king and ocean-view balcony; Bedroom 3, two queens, ocean-view balcony and dressing room; Bedrooms 4 and 5, two doubles each with balcony and dressing room (jungle view from 4). All six bedrooms are en-suite with air conditioning and blackout shades.

Additional spaces: the ground-floor TV room with two single sofa beds and its own en-suite shower, and an outbuilding with two bunk beds for four, with air conditioning and TV. These are not conventional en-suite bedrooms, so plan who sleeps there.
