What we do — and what we don’t
We rent. We don’t manage. We are not asking to run your operations, hire your staff, or take over your cleaning and maintenance. You keep all of that, exactly as it is now.
What we do is fill the calendar: we market your property across our destination websites, handle the enquiries, qualify the guests, and bring you bookings directly.
Non-exclusive, always
You keep your OTA listings and any other channels you use. We do not ask for exclusivity on any property, in any destination — we work alongside whatever you already have running. If we can’t add bookings on top of your existing channels, we are not earning our place.
Terms, honestly
Commission is agreed per property. We don’t publish a single rate, because it genuinely depends on the property, the destination, the season, and how much of the booking process you want us to carry. We would rather have that conversation openly than advertise a number that turns out not to apply to you.
