Built recently on the beach at Puerto Morelos, Azul Esmeralda covers more than 14,000 sq ft and sleeps up to 14: twelve adults plus two children under five, across six bedrooms. Stays are run on a Gourmet All Inclusive basis: your own butler around the clock, a private chef preparing three meals a day, and a drinks fridge stocked daily with house wine, beer, soft drinks and water. Lobster and steak cost extra.
Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancun is a short golf-cart ride away, and the whole group can use its à la carte restaurants, bars, kids club, gym, daily activities and evening entertainment. Events for up to 40 guests are quoted on request, and championship golf courses are a few minutes’ drive.

The house has a contemporary living room, a family room, a home theater with Bose sound, and its own spa and gym. Each bedroom comes with a flat-screen TV, Sonos and Bose audio, a Blu-ray player and access to the villa's media server. An eight-camera closed-circuit security system can be watched from the family room.
Outdoor Living
Facing the sea is a 1,600 sq ft infinity pool, with a jacuzzi by the beach. Kayaks, snorkeling gear, boogie boards and a Hobie Cat are included, with volleyball, beach games and pool floats.
Bedrooms
Six bedrooms, all with ocean views, sleep up to 14 (12 adults and 2 children under five): five with a king bed and one with two queens.
Second floor: Master 1, king bed, jacuzzi, sitting area, private outdoor shower, walk-in closet and terrace; Master 2, king bed, en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, terrace over the ocean and pool; Bedroom 3, king bed, en-suite shower and terrace.
Ground floor: Bedroom 4, king bed, en-suite shower and private terrace toward the beach.
Guest house, ground floor: Bedroom 5, king bed and private beach-facing terrace opening to the pool terrace; Bedroom 6, two queen beds and an en-suite rainforest shower.
The owner's notes don't specify the bathroom for Master 1 and Bedroom 5. With six bathrooms in total, we confirm the arrangement before booking.
