Villas Solil, Cozumel North Coast

Villas Solil is for a multi-family group of 24 that wants one beach, one address and two front doors. It is two independent but adjacent beachfront villas on Cozumel’s north coast, booked together, with two pools, two kitchens, cabanas on the sand and direct access to a white-sand beach.

The first house is Villa Grace: a living room built around an indoor garden under a skylight, second-floor suites with ocean-facing balconies, a master with a large bathtub, and an infinity pool with stone walls, 13 by 8.2 feet, giving way to the beach. The second is Villa del Sol: ocean views from every room, sliding doors that open the kitchen and living areas onto a wide patio with an outdoor dining table, a master with a balcony, and an oceanfront pool of 20 by 8.2 feet.

Nine bedrooms, every one en-suite and every one with an ocean view, plus a half bath. Villa 1 holds two ground-floor kings opening onto the pool, a third king, a king master with balcony and bathtub, and a balcony room with two doubles and a bathtub. Villa 2 holds two balcony rooms with two queens each, a king, and a king master with balcony. The mix of doubles and queens is what makes 24 work as 18 adults and six children.

Each house has its own fully equipped kitchen with purified drinking water, flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi, so two families can keep separate mornings and share the evenings under the covered outdoor dining. Kayaks, beach chairs and beach towels are provided.

Daily housekeeping and pool maintenance are included. A chef, grocery pre-stocking and sports and adventure activities are available on request, and concierge planning from $150 per booking.

Either house can be booked alone as Villa Grace or Villa del Sol. Together, three miles from town, they are the beachfront answer for a big family on Cozumel. Enquire for availability.
