Villa Grace, Cozumel Beachfront

Villa Grace is the house for a group of twelve who want a quiet beach and the town within reach. It sits three miles north of Cozumel’s centre, a five-minute drive from the restaurants and shops of San Miguel, on a stretch of white-sand beach that is practically private.

The living room is the star of the interior: designer furniture around an indoor garden lit by a skylight, chic and comfortable at the same time. The dining room seats a large group and the fully equipped kitchen is sized to match, with purified drinking water, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi throughout.

Outside, an infinity pool with stone walls looks over the water and gives way to the beach. A beachfront palapa holds the sun loungers, with day beds and outdoor furniture on the patio lounge between pool and sand. Kayaks and beach towels come with the house, and the sunrise is visible from the property.

Five bedrooms take the twelve guests, every one with its own bathroom and all with king beds except one with two doubles. The two ground-floor rooms open straight onto the pool and the patio lounge. On the first floor, the master has an ocean-view balcony and a large bathtub, and a second balcony room has two doubles and a bathtub. Air-conditioning, ceiling fans, hairdryers and toiletries are standard.

Daily housekeeping and pool maintenance are included. A chef, grocery pre-stocking, concierge planning and sports and adventure activities can be arranged at additional cost.
