Indoors, the living room has a deep sectional and windows that frame the cruise ships passing on the horizon, and the owners keep a piano for anyone who plays. The dining room seats eight with the sunset in front of it, and the eat-in kitchen seats five more.
All four bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own large bathroom and an ocean view. Air conditioning runs throughout, with Wi-Fi, laundry, a barbecue grill, parking and a gated entrance. A cook can be added to the stay, working with Mayan and Yucatecan dishes.

The living room is built around a large sectional couch with windows onto the water; cruise ships pass on the horizon through the day. A piano is kept in the house for guests who play.
The dining room seats eight and faces the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped and eat-in, seating five at a breakfast bar, with granite counters, a stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, blender, coffee maker and toaster, and a full set of dishes, glassware, pots and pans.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, Wi-Fi, televisions, a washer and dryer, linens, towels and beach towels.
Bedrooms. All four are upstairs, each with its own large bathroom and an ocean view. The master has a king bed with a small sofa bed and a sectional couch, with a round nautical-style portal through to a large bathroom with a jacuzzi. The penthouse bedroom has a king bed, a small sofa bed and a private terrace over the Caribbean. The remaining two bedrooms have two queen beds each. Five and a half bathrooms in total, including the half bathroom on the pool terrace.

The terrace runs over several levels down to a seawater infinity pool, with lounge chairs and a palapa set over a wooden deck for shade. There is an outdoor shower and a half bathroom on this level, and a barbecue grill.
