Villa TuluMar sits on its own stretch of beach on Tankah Bay, north of Tulum, where the water is calm enough for snorkeling and kayaking straight from the sand. Six bedrooms sleep up to 18 guests: four beachfront king suites and two jungle-view bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private terrace.
The service is the point. A dedicated team of chefs, a bartender, a chauffeur with a Suburban, daily housekeeping with turndown, laundry and daily beach grooming are all included, along with a concierge who arranges excursions, in-villa spa treatments and transport. Every stay also includes round-trip airport transportation for up to 16 guests and two complimentary 90-minute massages. Food and drink are billed separately; the owner puts the average at US$50–75 per person per day, depending on menus.
The ground floor is wheelchair accessible from the entrance to the beach palapa.

Hand-crafted furniture in parota and tzalam woods, sculpted stonework, spa-style bathrooms, a three-storey waterfall garden and a 600-gallon saltwater aquarium. The ground floor is fully wheelchair accessible.

An infinity pool facing the bay, a private beach for snorkeling and kayaking, a beachside palapa for meals, and an 1,800 sq ft rooftop deck with hammocks, loungers and a Jacuzzi that seats eight.
Bedrooms
Six bedrooms sleep up to 18 guests: four beachfront suites with king beds and two jungle-view bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and private terrace. Ask us for the bed set-up in the two jungle-view bedrooms if your group needs more than one bed per room.
