Villa Wayak solves the large-group Tulum problem without resorting to a resort. Nine bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, twenty-nine guests, and all of it inside residential Aldea Zama rather than a compound on the edge of town.

Capacity at this level usually costs something. Either the house is remote, or it has the atmosphere of a function room. Wayak stays domestic: bright interiors, a pool set in greenery, a terrace for eating outside, and open rooms that absorb a crowd instead of echoing around one.

Nine bedrooms each with a bathroom, plus the spare two, mean full occupancy still runs smoothly.

The district carries the rest. Cafes and provisioning are walkable, the town is minutes one way and the coast minutes the other, so twenty-nine people move in small flexible groups rather than one convoy.

The kitchen handles the scale, catering handles it better, and housekeeping, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and coordination keep the whole thing calm.
