Built in a Mediterranean style with high ceilings, the house carries the atmosphere of the early twentieth century, with sea breeze moving through its rooms. The property sits among flowering gardens shared with ancient Mayan temple ruins, historically used by the indigenous population before crossing to Cozumel island.
The six bedrooms — Cuija, Tizoc, Pilon, Palomar, the Master Bedroom, and Master Bedroom 2 — each have a hammock, a king bed, and air conditioning. Common areas include a main living room with a piano, a dining area, two terraces, a pool, a ping pong area next to an outdoor bar, and a rooftop terrace. As the tallest house in the community, the rooftop has elevated views over Playacar.

The main living room has a piano and space to read or work. The dining area is used for meals prepared by the on-site cook, and the Master Bedroom doubles as a space to watch a movie or work, including for guests using it as an office for working groups. Three rooms have a smart TV, and every bedroom and bathroom has a USB charging port. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery for 20 or more guests, a blender, a toaster, and a waffle maker, plus three coffee makers.
Outdoor Living
