Indoor Living

Villa Grande has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large kitchen, a dining room and a living room. Villa Fuente has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a sofa bed, a kitchen and a dining area. Each of the four Villas Mar is a separate oceanfront villa with one king bedroom, a full bathroom and a half bathroom, and its own living room with a sofa bed, dining area and kitchen. Every villa has 55-inch TVs with US cable channels, and there is wifi throughout.

Outdoor Living

A large infinity pool looks out over the Caribbean, with several terraces, a grill area, and a rooftop bar and garden. The four Villas Mar open onto wide terraces facing the sea, and there is a natural sea pool in front of the property.

The water in front is about 2 feet deep and is entered by a two-step stone stair, not from sand. A sandy beach is 25 yards' walk along the shore. The infinity pool is the easiest place to swim. Laundry room, private entrance, electric garage gate and parking for 10 cars.

Bedrooms

Ten bedrooms across six villas, with 17 beds in total: 8 king, 1 queen, 2 twin and 6 sofa beds. The villas sleep 20 in the bedrooms; the sofa beds are extra sleeping and are not counted in the 20.

Villa Grande (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms): three king beds and two twin beds across its four bedrooms, plus one large sofa bed.
Villa Fuente (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom): one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, plus a sofa bed.
Villas Mar 1 to 4 (one bedroom each): a king bed, a full bathroom and a half bathroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.
