Casa Colina Tulum Villa

Casa Colina is named for the hill, and elevation is the thing a flat town villa cannot buy at any price.

The upper terraces open onto jungle views, which gives the house a sense of place that most Tulum rentals flatten into garden walls. Evenings happen upstairs: a drink on the terrace as the canopy goes dark, dinner outside, the pool lit below for whoever is still swimming.

Fourteen guests fit across five bedrooms, each with a bathroom, with a sixth bathroom held in reserve.

The practical layer stays simple. Loungers and shaded seating around the pool, open living rooms behind, a fully equipped kitchen, and the town’s restaurants, swimming caves and beach clubs all within an easy drive.

Housekeeping, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi run as standard, with catering and planning on request.
