Casa Chic, Tulum Beach Zone

Casa Chic is for the group of twelve who came to Tulum for the beach-road scene, the dinners, the bars and the people, and who still want a private house to come back to. It sits on the line where the beach zone’s restaurants, beach bars and boutique hotels are a short walk away and the beach opens directly off the property.

Six bedrooms sleep the twelve. Five have their own bathrooms and the principal room has a private terrace facing the ocean. The rooms are finished in a relaxed contemporary style and spread across the house with enough separation for a mixed group.

Outside, an infinity pool faces the water with panoramic views, set among terraces laid out for eating outdoors. Loungers and hammocks line the pool deck. Several separate terraces mean that smaller groups within the party never have to negotiate for space. A media room covers the nights when nobody feels like going out.

The kitchen is high-specification and fully equipped for self-catering until a cook takes it over, and the living areas are open-plan with expansive windows and entertainment systems.
