The plan is unusual. Rather than one main room, the house is organised around several separate gathering points and living rooms under double-height ceilings, with full kitchens and breakfast rooms attached. A group of sixteen therefore has somewhere to be that is not wherever everyone else is.
Security runs twenty-four hours and concierge service is available around the clock. Housekeeping is daily, with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and an Xbox included.
Outside there is a pool, three indoor jacuzzis and one outdoor, a private tennis court and a play area for children.
