Indoor Living

Climate control extends to all ten bedrooms and centrally through the communal rooms, which are proportioned for a full party rather than a family. The interior amenities are the differentiator here - nightclub, stadium-seat theatre, wine cellar. Catering facilities are comprehensive and include a coffee grinder; seating runs to a seven-place breakfast bar plus a dining table. Connectivity is fibre optic and a standby generator is installed. Laundry provision exists but is operated by staff rather than guests. Further provision: work desk, television, safes, room-darkening blinds, and infant equipment comprising crib, travel cot and high chair.

Outdoor Living

Two pools serve the property. At ground level the Buddha pool, distinguished by a submerged sculpture, adjoined by a heated jacuzzi rated to sixteen. On the roof a second pool with terrace and firepit, the outlook unobstructed through 360 degrees. Also outdoors: a dining area with grill, sun loungers, an external shower, an outdoor fireplace, a grassed rear area, and beach equipment. Parking amounts to three spaces.

Bedrooms

Ten rooms, all en-suite and climate-controlled, served by 11.5 bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are king, bathtub-equipped, with private terraces opening to the pool. Bedrooms 3 to 7 are king with showers and balconies. Bedrooms 8 and 9, designated Sky Suites, are queen with showers, terraces and pool access. Bedroom 10, the Bunk Suite, contains two kings and two single bunks.

A caveat on capacity: that schedule totals thirteen beds and twenty-four occupants, whereas the property is advertised at fifteen and twenty-six. The two-bed difference is unexplained in the owner's material, and we obtain written confirmation of the true configuration before any booking at maximum occupancy.
