Casa Arka Tulum at a glance
A jungle plot behind Tulum, inside a guarded private neighbourhood with round-the-clock surveillance and a five-minute run to the beach. Casa Arka lets as a single unit to a party of no more than sixteen, and the rate carries its staff: chef, butler, concierge, and cleaning and maintenance daily.
The building is organised over three levels and around two bodies of water. At grade, the Starlight Pool with an adjacent private jacuzzi, set against the kitchen and the reception rooms. On the roof, a second pool edged to infinity, an unbroken 360-degree outlook across the canopy, a firepit lounge, and a jacuzzi with capacity for all sixteen. A cinema room occupies the level in between.
The palette is deliberate – exposed stone, reclaimed timber, an interior waterfall, and openings that carry the jungle indoors.
Disclosure from the owner: construction activity may occur in the vicinity between 9am and 5pm.
Designed around group travel
Indoor Living
Accommodation and reception split across three storeys, with the roof turned over to open-air use. All eight bedrooms are en-suite and climate-controlled, each holding an electric safe sized to a laptop. Water is treated as an interior material here: a waterfall indoors, plus rainfall features. Beyond the bedrooms the house provides a screening room, an audio system, exercise apparatus, a work desk, an indoor hearth, comprehensive kitchen equipment, laundry facilities and blackout blinds. Infant equipment is available on site.
Outdoor Living
Two pools, top and bottom. The ground-level Starlight Pool is paired with a private jacuzzi and backed by an outdoor shower, a deck for yoga, a shaded cabana and a courtyard terrace. The roof carries the infinity-edged second pool, a 360-degree outlook over the canopy, a firepit lounge with rollout beds for open-air sleeping, and a jacuzzi sized to the full party of sixteen. Hammocks, loungers, garden furniture, a barbecue and beach equipment complete it. The shore is around five minutes by road.
Bedrooms
Eight en-suite, climate-controlled rooms holding nine beds and rated to sixteen occupants. The king count is five - two ground-level Master Suites giving directly onto the Starlight Pool, the Royal Chamber with its own sunken pool, and a further two on the floor above. A pair of Queen Canopy rooms sit upstairs with an indoor-outdoor aspect across the courtyard. The remaining room is the Bunk Suite: a loft configured with one queen and one single.

Thinking beyond a stay?
Many of the residences we rent are privately owned, and they often change hands quietly between owners rather than being listed publicly. If ownership is something you would consider, we handle that side too.
