Last Resort Soliman Bay at a glance
A November 2026 opening at Soliman Bay, up the coast from Tulum: ten beachfront suites offered only as a single booking. One party of as many as twenty-four holds the restaurant, the bar, the roof terrace, the pool and the frontage, without sharing any of it.
The suites divide across two structures with planted courtyards between. Two kings address the sea head-on, two more take it obliquely, four are oriented to jungle, and a further two queen rooms suit guests doubling up. Several bathrooms are positioned to keep the view.
Ground floor of the front structure is given over entirely to the restaurant, which opens toward pool and sand. The second structure holds a timber bar opposite the working kitchen. A roof terrace carries a pair of firepits.
Ten suites. Twelve beds. 10.5 bathrooms. Twenty-four guests.

Designed around group travel
Indoor Living
Cooling is solar-driven, with ceiling fans alongside. Wireless internet and a dedicated desk. Linens, spare pillows and blankets, hangers, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided. The kitchen carries coffee and a maker, crockery, cutlery and wine glasses. A travel cot can be supplied. Per the owner, one room only - the bar - carries a television.
Outdoor Living
A heated pool with integrated jacuzzi occupies the ground between restaurant and shore. Above, the roof terrace with a pair of firepits plus an open hearth. Frontage belongs to the property alone; kayaks, paddleboards and beach essentials are supplied, and the offshore reef keeps the water calm for swimming and snorkelling from the sand. Suites carry balconies. The site sits within a secured private community.
Bedrooms
Suite mix: two king with direct sea aspect, two king with partial sea aspect, four jungle-facing, two queen for shared occupancy. Ensuite throughout, 10.5 bathrooms across the property. Capacity resolves as eight rooms at double occupancy plus two at quadruple - twelve beds carrying twenty-four guests.
