What sets it apart from the rest of the Riviera Maya inventory is the cenote. It is a cave cenote within the property line – swimmable, and used by groups for sound healing and for dinners lit by candle. Also on the grounds: a chapel, a shala, a temazcal, a pool, open lawn, a crescent-shaped bar. Weddings and events are permitted.

Indoor Living
Shared indoor space amounts to a screening room, a kitchen and a hearth, finished in a wabi-sabi idiom that favours texture and age over polish. The estate is solar powered, climate control included, with Starlink for internet. Laundry, iron and hair dryer on site. Infant equipment is on hand: crib, high chair, and a portable travel cot.
Outdoor Living
The grounds carry this property. Cave cenote, pool, open lawn; chapel, shala, temazcal; a crescent-shaped bar. Recreation: courts for pickleball and volleyball, ping-pong, and a children's play area. Grill area, parking free on site.
Bedrooms
Seven rooms in separate buildings: Master Suite (2), Bedroom Two (5), The Lodge (5), Villa One (2), Villa Two (2), Villa Three (4), Villa Four (4). Sixteen beds and 7.5 bathrooms in total.
