Residencias Reef Condos are located on San Francisco beach, one of the most beautiful on the Island. A private section of the beach is maintained for the residents and guests, and includes lounge chairs and palapas for shade.
The two heated pools, one just steps away from the ocean, are equipped with large palapas and ceiling fans. There are also bathrooms and a dunk tank for your diving gear. World renowned reefs are just a short boat ride away with departures from the private beach.
The grounds, recognized by Cozumel residents as the most exquisite on the island, are impeccably maintained by the friendly staff, many of whom speak English.
Up one short flight of stairs from our condo, you will have access to a solarium that is fully equipped with lounge chairs, palapas and bathrooms, and provides an incredible view for as far as you can see during the day and amazing sunsets and star gazing at night.
There is a private terrace that includes a hot tub that has hot water!
All Residencias Reef condos are fully air-conditioned and have cooks and massage services upon request.

Here at Retreats Luxury Oceanfront Rentals, we not only professionally manage our vacation rentals, we professionally clean them too! In addition, out of an abundance of caution during this time, we’ve upped our cleaning procedures to make sure we’re doing our part to keep everyone healthy and safe. Beyond our regular cleaning, here’s what other measures we’re taking:
– Our housekeeping team is taking extra time to thoroughly disinfect inside the vacation rentals, especially on frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs.
– We’re providing extra cleaning supplies in the rentals if you want to do some extra cleaning upon your arrival. Hand soap is also provided at every sink!
– All of our sheets and towels are laundered in-site in our own laundry facility which we control. We’re using the highest temperature settings for water to wash and heat to dry.
– Just to be overly cautious, our team has been instructed to limit in-person contact with all guests. We’ve switched to video chats and phone calls.
