The apartment has direct views and access to the garden and terrace of the “Casa Cocoa Cozumel” apartment complex. All are separate and independent with private entrances, and have a pleasant decoration.

It has 16 square meters of space (172 sq. ft.) and offers a spacious and comfortable king-size bed, FREE WiFi, air conditioning, 43-inch flat Smart TV with Netflix, private full bathroom with shower, minibar, ceiling fan; and complimentary bathroom amenities.

The house is very accessible, clean, quiet and safe to stay. It is located in a residential area in Cozumel town, only 12 blocks from the beautiful sea of the Mexican Caribbean, and the “Malecon” which is the main tourist avenue on the island. Just 2 blocks from the 65th avenue that crosses the town from north to south and has a variety of local shops, grocery stores, laundry, money exchange, supermarkets, and many restaurants that are within a walking distance and may enjoy real Mexican food, different dishes from the region, your favorite tacos, or just order a pizza and keep relaxing.

Cozumeleño is the name given to the people of the beautiful island of Cozumel “Island of Swallows” the largest in Mexico, the most visited by the cruise tourism and preferred by many enthusiast divers as it has the second largest barrier of reefs in the world.

Cozumel is also rich in gastronomy since it is based on the regional food of the state of Yucatan, with a combination of the best of international dishes and of course the fruits of the sea where the specialty is the sea snail. Unlike other tourist sites near the island on the mainland, where the greatest attraction is the beach and party, the Island of Cozumel has abundant history and many attractions to visit in different points of it.

The ferry dock between Cozumel and Playa del Carmen, the main park, San Miguel church and the Museum of the Island are only 15 minutes from the apartment. Great attractions such as the Chankanaab Beach Park where diving and snorkeling are practiced, as well as the San Gervasio Archaeological Site are within 30 minutes; Cozumel International Airport is located only 10 minutes from the apartment, all by car.

Location is perfect to visit the center of Cozumel enjoying as a true islander. The parking is public in front of the house. A Mexican family living on the island operates the apartment and they will give you all the information you need about Cozumel.

Guests have access to the Apartment through its individual entrance, so you get the privacy and security of your own space.

People staying in the apartment have direct access to the inner courtyard and garden of the house; a completely NEW shared area that includes a dining area; a large terrace with a comfortable lounge to rest, read, chat and share with others.

In addition, a full kitchen that offers an induction grill, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, and a variety of glasses, cups, plates, and other utensils that you can also use. Ah! Certainly, a coffee maker and coffee is on us!

Cleaning is more important than ever today, so we have intensified our cleaning standards to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
1.- To clean we use water, soap and a multipurpose disinfectant product that removes dirt, grease, and germs. Subsequently we use the bactericidal sanitizer (water based with neutral PH and without alcohol) on all surfaces and spaces.
2.- All clothes in the apartment such as sheets, mattress protectors, bath and hand towels are washed at the recommended temperature with water, soap and an antiseptic, disinfecting and sterilizing agent. They are changed at each check-out, or every third day if it is a long stay.

These are the rules that we invite you to comply with during your stay:
1.- You will find our staff using protective equipment at all times. In the same way, we ask that within our facility and especially in those areas that are shared with other guests, you also use your mask in order to protect each other.
2.- We appreciate you help us to respect social distancing by allowing a space of at least 1.5 m. of distance between people.
3.- We recommend that you wash your hands constantly. Use soap and water and wash for at least 20 seconds. If this is not possible, use a hand sanitizer. You will find soap in the apartment and in the kitchen area, as well as alcohol gel in various places in our facility. It is recommended to avoid spreading germs, not to touch your face, nose and eyes with your hands without washing.
